Discounts for the spring-summer 2017 season cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts, i.e. Products participating in discounts for the spring-summer 2017 season are not eligible for discounts on other promotions running in parallel.
For the purchase of goods participating in discounts for the spring-summer 2017 season, discounts on Cumulative Discount Cards (CDC) and VIP cards are not valid. There are no accumulations for the taxable income tax.
When purchasing discounted products for the spring-summer 2017 season, participants in the ECCO Bonus Club program are awarded rating points; Bonus and extra points are not awarded. For products participating in discounts for the spring-summer 2017 season, bonus and/or extra points cannot be used for payment.
Products with discounts for the spring-summer 2017 season in the online store are available for order by all delivery methods, including pickup from retail stores with payment upon receipt. When returning a product of proper quality, the rating points accrued upon purchase are debited from the Bonus Club ECSO card.
Exchange of goods of good quality purchased at a discount for the spring-summer 2017 season in a retail store, is carried out within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days, not counting the day of purchase: first a return is made (see the previous paragraph), and then a sale is made at the retail prices and promotions in effect at the time of return. It is possible to purchase a similar product during an exchange with a discount for the spring-summer 2017 season only if the exchange is made within the same article/color and the sale of a new product is made during the period of discounts for the spring-summer 2017 season, and the price has not changed according to the price list, in all other cases exchange of goods of proper quality, the sale of new goods is carried out at the retail prices and promotions in effect at the time of return.
The above conditions for exchange and return of goods do not apply to goods specified in the list of non-food goods of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or configurations, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55.
Return of goods of good quality purchased at a discount for the spring-summer 2017 season in the online store, is made in accordance with the current exchange and return rules, within 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer (when returning the goods by returning them to ECCO retail stores), and, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer (when returning the goods by postal shipments): the buyer is refunded the amount indicated on the sales receipt, excluding delivery costs. The return of goods purchased in the online store with the “Pickup” delivery method is made in accordance with the current return rules in the Company’s retail stores. Exchange and return of goods of poor quality purchased at a discount for the spring-summer 2017 season, is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. When exchanging/returning goods of poor quality purchased with a discount for the spring-summer 2017 season, rating points accrued upon purchase are debited from the ECSO Bonus Club card. It is possible to purchase a similar product during an exchange with a discount for the spring-summer 2017 season only if the exchange is made during the discount period for the spring-summer 2017 season, and the price has not changed according to the price list.
