When choosing sportswear, you need to pay attention to the fabric, cut features, the presence of special inserts made of mesh material and other parameters. Let's take everything in order.

Fabric and special technologies

Earlier the best fabric Cotton was accepted for sportswear. Now it is also used in production, but, as a rule, in combination with polyester.

The fact is that cotton quickly becomes wet from sweat and retains moisture on the surface of the fibers, so you can catch a cold after an intense workout.

16 times fewer water droplets are retained on the surface of polyester fibers (PE, PL, Polyester), therefore synthetic clothing dries faster. Elastane (EL, Elastane, spandex) provides good breathability, resistance to stains and fading.

Leggings made of polyester and elastane

Microfiber polyamide (PA), also known as Meryl or Tactel, is also used in the production of sportswear. This fabric does not stick to the body and is breathable.

IN sportswear A two-layer fabric structure is often used. They take two different synthetic threads (for example, polyester and elastane or cotton and polyester) and create a special structure when the weave is thicker inside the fabric and thinner outside. Due to this, moisture is removed from the body, brought to the surface, distributed evenly over it and quickly evaporates.

Well-known brands are constantly developing new ones, but their essence, as a rule, is not disclosed. Manufacturers limit themselves to mentioning functions and do not go into detail. Here are some examples:

  • Climacool - fabric removes moisture and heat to the surface, provides microventilation.
  • Climalite is a combination of polyester and elastane, a lightweight, breathable fabric that wicks moisture away from the skin. It’s really not hot in such clothes, they dry quickly.

Climalite T-shirt
  • Quik Cotton is a double weave fabric made from cotton and polyester. The percentage may vary. For example, 63% cotton and 37% polyester.
  • Speedwick is a moisture-wicking synthetic fabric made from polyester and elastane. Feels like cotton.

Items created using Speedwick technology
  • ActivChill is a Reebok technology that features a pentagon-shaped weave. The fabric is breathable and provides good ventilation.

In addition, sportswear made from synthetic fabrics is very practical. After many washes, T-shirts, leggings and shorts do not lose shape or color and do not need to be ironed. If you exercise often - every other day or every day, this will be a big advantage.

Style and compression

Previously, I associated sportswear with rather spacious things: stretched T-shirts and wide pants that did not pinch or press anywhere. Now views on this issue have changed.

Loose clothing is great for the house, but when playing sports, the flapping sails around you will be a nuisance. This has a bad effect on aerodynamic properties and interferes with stretching. And if, for example, you roll your body on a massage roller with spikes, the edges of your T-shirt roll under it and this is very annoying.

Choose clothes that fit snugly but are not tight. If you choose synthetic fabrics, you don’t have to worry that a wet T-shirt will stick to your body and get in the way.

In addition to special fabrics and technologies, mesh inserts are often used in sportswear: in the armpits, on the back, on the chest. Mesh provides additional ventilation.

Compression clothing is suitable for intense exercise. It not only looks good, but also helps you cope with unusually difficult workouts. Intense running, strength training with heavy lifting, preparation for competitions, as well as a tendency to swelling and varicose veins are all indications for using compression garments.

Light, uniform compression of the limbs helps the vessels withstand heavy loads. In addition, compression garments reduce muscle pain after exercise and help you recover faster.

Still, compression items should be left in case of unusual excessive loads. Constantly wearing such clothing reduces vascular tone.

Underwear and socks

Cyclists and track and field athletes should consider compression underwear. It has no seams, so you can avoid chafing and discomfort during training. In addition, compression pants apply even pressure to the muscles of the thighs and buttocks, reducing post-workout pain and speeding up recovery.

For women, the right sports top is especially important. When running and jumping, the ligaments of the chest are stretched, so that it quickly loses its shape. Age, pregnancy and feeding are already hard on your bust, so at least help it while playing sports.

Sports bras are made from the same synthetic materials as clothing, but, as a rule, they are much denser. So it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to avoid underwear that’s wet from sweat (especially if it’s under a T-shirt, so the moisture doesn’t evaporate as effectively).

There are several options for sports bras: from elastic fabric without cups and with division into cups. The first option will simply press the bust to chest and fixes it. I like these bras, although they make you feel like you don't have breasts at all.

Sports bra

The second option - with cups - is suitable for girls with a large size.

In order for the top to support the chest well and not squeeze the shoulders, it should have fairly wide straps and a wide elastic band at the bottom. Models with T-shaped and V-shaped backs provide good chest support. Mesh inserts can improve breathability a little, but still don't expect the bra to stay dry after an intense workout (this is my experience, it may not be the same for others).

There are also special socks for sports. They differ from ordinary socks in materials and some features of the cut. Like clothing, sports socks are not made from 100 percent cotton, but are either a combination of cotton with polyamide or polyester, or polyester and elastane. This means that they allow air to pass through better and remove moisture, last longer and do not lose their shape.

Sports socks have a thicker elastic band to keep them from slipping during exercise and a thinner, flatter seam in the toe area. To follow the shape of the leg, the socks are divided into right and left.

Features of sports shoes

The choice of shoes depends on the type of sport. If you are going to the gym to work with barbells and dumbbells, you should not take sneakers with reinforced spring soles. It should be low (no more than 2–2.5 cm) and without a noticeable thickening at the heel. It is also advisable to choose shoes with a grooved (so that the sneakers do not slip) and sufficiently flexible (so that the foot is comfortable) sole.

If you are choosing running shoes, you should consider options with a springy, thickened sole. When choosing running shoes, you need to pay attention to several parameters:

  • foot structure;
  • the surface on which you will run;
  • intensity and type of running.

To determine the structural features of the foot (degree of pronation), perform a test with a sheet of paper and water. Wet your foot and leave a wet imprint on the sheet.

Degree of pronation

If you overpronate and/or have overweight, it is better to consider sneakers with good cushioning and arch support. The latter will soften the impact of the foot on the ground while running and protect the knees from injury. But if you have neutral or hypopronation, you should not buy shoes with arch supports: the risk of twisting your ankle increases.

The more an athlete weighs and the less prepared his ligaments and muscles are, the more he needs foot support and shock absorption. Modern running shoes use cushioning for cushioning. different materials: gel, foam, plastic inserts.

A high heel reduces the risk of injury, but its hard parts should not put pressure on the foot or dig into the leg: all this is fraught with pain and calluses after training.

The front of your running shoe should be flexible. In some modern sneakers, it is made entirely of synthetic breathable fabric. It feels like you're running in socks with springy soles. It's very convenient.

Sneakers with soft toe

Other sneakers have rigid elements in the forefoot, but the upper is mostly mesh, which is highly breathable.

Sneakers with mesh

Do not buy shoes that are close to each other: there should be about 3 mm between the big toe and the toe of the sneaker. While running, the foot increases in size. And if your finger rests on the sneaker, you can damage your nail.

When choosing shoes, you need to remember what surface you will be running on and what time of year you will be running on. For summer runs on the asphalt, stadium or treadmill in the gym, sneakers with soft and thin soles and a fabric or mesh upper are suitable.

For running on unpaved surfaces, such as forest paths, you need stiffer shoes with deep tread to protect your feet. Off-road and trail running shoes have extra protection on the toe to protect you from branches and sharp rocks, as well as deep tread and studs.

Running shoes for autumn, winter and spring are also heavier: mesh upper materials are replaced by denser, waterproof ones.

Basic set for summer or gym

So, if you decide to exercise outside in the summer or early autumn, you will need a basic set of things for different weather:

If it's sunny and hot:

  • T-shirt and shorts made of synthetic breathable materials;
  • lightweight sneakers;
  • headdress;
  • sunglasses.

If it's raining and cold:

  • light T-shirt with long sleeves;
  • shorts or leggings;
  • sneakers with waterproof uppers;
  • a hat with a visor so that the rain does not interfere with your vision.

Basic set for spring and autumn

Running in light clothing is dangerous: you can catch a cold. Moreover, it is worth considering that after serious stress, immunity decreases somewhat.

In warm weather, you can wear leggings, a long-sleeved T-shirt and a windbreaker. Sports windbreakers are made of membrane fabric, thanks to which sweat does not accumulate under the jacket, but is brought to the surface. At the same time, the top layer of the jacket does not allow water to pass through and retains heat. A plus would be the hood. If you don't have one, you need a light sports hat.

For late autumn and early spring, thermal underwear is useful. It is sewn from polypropylene or polyester using special weaving, due to which moisture is transferred from the surface of the body to the fabric. The seams of the thermal underwear are on the outside, so you don’t have to worry about abrasions.

Basic set for winter

The bottom layer is thermal underwear or synthetic sportswear that wicks moisture away from the body.

The top layer is a jacket made of membrane fabric, which, thanks to micropores, allows water vapor to pass through from the inside, but not water droplets from the outside. Evaporation from the body penetrates the first layer of clothing and comes to the surface in the form of steam.

This technology is used in clothing famous brand Columbia. Jackets labeled Omni-Tech feature a waterproof and moisture-wicking membrane.

The jacket may also have additional ventilation in case the membrane cannot cope with fumes. If you sweat a lot when playing sports, consider this option.

There are several types of membrane jackets:

  • Single layer. The membrane is applied to the fabric and protected polyurethane coating. These jackets are suitable for spring, they are very light.
  • Double layer. In such jackets, the membrane is also applied to the fabric, but does not have a polyurethane protective coating. Instead, the membrane is protected by a mesh lining. These jackets will last longer.
  • Three-layer. In these jackets, the membrane is located between two layers of fabric: the outer layer and the lining. This is the most durable option.

One of the most famous membranes is . This material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with a thin PU film and has high water resistance. Clothes and shoes with this membrane perfectly allow air to pass through and remove moisture, but they are also quite expensive.

A more modern membrane is eVent. In addition to the protective PU layer, which reduces vapor permeability, an oil substance is used here, due to which the pores of the membrane conduct evaporation better. Non-porous membranes like Triple-Point and Sympatex protect very well from precipitation, but are rather weak at removing body evaporation at high air humidity.

A jacket's ability to wick away sweat is greatly influenced not only by the type of membrane, but also by what you wear underneath it.

Under jackets with a membrane, you should wear clothes that wick away moisture: sportswear made of synthetic materials or thermal underwear.

If you put a thick cotton cardigan down, it will get wet. Sweat will not be transported effectively to the surface of the jacket, and you will be training in wet clothes.

Another well-known technology for winter clothes- Omni-Heat. These are aluminum dots on the lining of the garment that easily identify Columbia jackets. Aluminum dots retain body heat, and the space between them prevents overheating.

Omni-Heat

The labels on sports jackets sometimes indicate the temperature at which you will be comfortable exercising. For example, here is a jacket for -10 °C and an option for 0 °C.

Additional attributes

Sports hats are made from a combination of wool and synthetic materials: polyester, acrylic, polypropylene.

Hats for warmer weather do not have additional insulation. They are lightweight and wick away moisture well. For severe cold weather, it is better to take a hat with fleece insulation. Also, in cold weather and strong winds, you may need a balaclava - a woolen mask that covers your face.

If you don't want to train with wet hair, consider hats with a Windstopper membrane. This is a pore membrane applied to the lining fabric. It passes water well in a vapor state. In addition to the lining and membrane, such hats have a top layer that protects from wind and cold, but allows steam to pass through. As a result, you will not be left with wet hair, but at the same time your head will be warm.

No less important attribute winter training - gloves made of wool and synthetic materials. There are options with non-slip inserts and special material on the fingers for using smartphones.

That's all. What are you training in? Share your observations about comfortable sportswear in the comments.

Almost everyone who runs experiences injuries. Sore knees, clogged calves, inflammation of the periosteum. Or maybe you have no injuries, but would like to improve your results.

The best way is to work on yourself - improve your technique, work on strength and endurance. But it would also be a good idea to have your running shoes help with this process.

Why do you need to select shoes - Gait analysis

There are a lot of running shoes and brands - one company, Asics, has about 30 models. They differ not only in color. There are shoes with arch support for runners with flat feet, there are highly cushioned ones for those with bad knees or heel spurs, and there are lightweight and responsive shoes for professional athletes with strong muscles.

The sneaker selection is designed to help you sort through the range and find the shoes that are right for you. It won't make your running technique perfect. But it will help you choose sneakers that, right now, after leaving the store, will allow you to train without overloading your muscles and improve your physical fitness and technique.

Survey

We will find out your running experience, previous injuries, physiological parameters, what goals you want to achieve, and how you train. This determines what degree of cushioning and stabilization you need.

For beginners, models with strong cushioning and stability are suitable because their feet are the weakest link in the chain of running muscles. They get tired the fastest, and it turns out that the body has just warmed up, but the feet are already tired.

It’s more difficult for experienced amateurs - they need not only softness so as not to get tired ahead of time, but also hardness that will allow them to run quickly. That is, we are looking for medium stiffness and trying to reduce the weight of the shoe.

Injuries are also different. For example, a heel spur requires a lot of cushioning, but stabilization is not necessary at all. On the contrary, with shin splints, stabilization is most important. If you overpronate, an instep support is important, and if your heel rolls to the side, then you need a rigid heel counter.

Thus, after interviewing you, we understand an approximate set of models that may suit your characteristics and needs.

Running test

You take turns putting on different sneakers from the set that we identified during the survey phase and running on the treadmill in them. You feel them on your feet, appreciate the convenience and comfort.
At this time, we are recording your run on camera. Next, we analyze the recording using a testing program: we determine the angles in the joints of the legs at various phases of running, we look at the general position of the body, posture, and the movement of the center of gravity.

This information helps determine which running shoes are best for the task at hand. For example, which model of sneakers has a hard heel that better keeps your foot from falling into place. Or which arch support best combats excessive pronation. In which sneakers is the body position symmetrical? Which sole stabilizes the foot better? In addition, based on the video we can give general recommendations to improve running technique.

What do you get in the end?

At the end of the test, we give you a report that will contain all the information that we received from you and entered into the questionnaire, as well as a full report on the running test, with screenshots from our program. All tested models of running shoes, all recorded phases of the running movement and comments on them. General comment on the test results. With this report, you can come to any running store and choose sneakers yourself if for some reason we don’t have what you need in our assortment. The problem is not always solved with sneakers. Depending on the situation, our staff may recommend that you do running orthopedic insoles, consult a massage therapist or doctor. This information will also be in the report.

Any parent of a sports child knows that the first thing a young athlete needs to purchase is comfortable and high-quality equipment. And one of the most important elements of this equipment is shoes.

It's important to remember that healthy formation A child’s feet are the key to the health of not only his legs, but also his spine. Correct gait, beautiful chiseled posture and a healthy future very much depend on what kind of shoes the child wears. It is doubly important what kind of shoes a child wears during sports, when his foot is exposed to heavy loads and needs proper fixation and support.

How a child's foot is formed

A child's foot is different from an adult's foot. If you look at how your baby stands barefoot on the floor, you will notice that the arch of his foot is not visible. And even when you decide to make an imprint of his foot, the entire foot will be imprinted, including the place where the arch should be.

A child's foot has what looks like a fat pad at the arch. This roller is designed to reduce the load on the still weak foot. In other words, the child has an arch of the foot and there is nothing wrong with it; it is simply covered and held in place by a fatty roll while walking, while the bones and joints of the child’s foot grow and become stronger.

Around the age of seven, a child develops a visible arch of the foot.

Criteria for choosing the right shoes

In order to choose correctly sports shoes for your child, you need to take into account both the general requirements for children's shoes and special requirements related to the characteristics of the sport in which he plays.

General rules

So, among general rules The following factors should be taken into account:

  • the material of the inner part of the shoe should be predominantly natural and/or perforated. In such shoes, the foot will not slip, sweat or become irritated;
  • the outer material of the sock should return to its previous shape almost instantly when pressed;
  • the sole, especially its front part, should bend very well, providing the foot with the opportunity to do its job completely;
  • up to 7 years of age, shoes must not have arch support (shoes must have a completely flat insole);
  • shoes should be the right size for your child. The length of the insole should not greatly exceed the length of the child’s foot. The insole can be no more than 1 cm longer;
  • shoes should fit well on the foot. Velcro and zippers are worse than laces. Shoes with laces will be more comfortable if they have hooks or rings.

Choosing children's sneakers for a specific sport

As for specialized requirements, the same rules apply here as when choosing adult shoes. Most often, each sport has its own individual characteristics.

For example, they require the athlete to make a large number of jumps and pushes from the floor. This means that the foot must have good shock absorption and ankle support. In stores you will see that shoes designed for such loads have rather thick soles, and the ankle is protected by high fixation (sneakers are similar in height to low shoes).

And they will choose their shoes based on what surface they will be playing on. Grass, soil, carpet, concrete, parquet, asphalt, wood and even rubber surfaces - all this influences the choice of sports shoes. Spikes, thickness, width and rigidity of the sole, shape and material of the sock - each surface has its own pair of shoes.

But the most important criteria when choosing any sports shoes are fixation and shock absorption. Running, jumping, sudden movements oblige the parents of the young athlete to ensure safety.

Also an important criterion for choosing sports shoes is the brand. Brand fame and recognition is important when choosing high-quality sports shoes. The brand values its name and works to ensure that its products are produced at a decent level and in accordance with the latest developments. These shoes are used by professional famous athletes for good reason. It is the use latest technologies and quality materials provides them with comfortable conditions for maximum achievements while maintaining health.

Popular brands of children's sports shoes and prices

When choosing sneakers for sports, it is better to give preference to brands that specialize in creating sports shoes. All of these brands are well known to you if you play sports yourself.

So, if your child is involved in running sports, then shoes from ASICS, Nike, Adidas, Reebok or New Balance will be perfect for him.

For a young basketball player, it is better to look for sneakers in Jordan, Nike and Puma stores.

And if your child plays tennis, then you should pay attention to the manufacturers of equipment for these sports: Everlast, Adidas, Asica, Venom, Twins, RDX, Babolat, Wilson, Nike.

The price of high-quality children's sports shoes may not differ at all from the price of the same adult shoes. On good sneakers for your child you will have to spend at least three thousand rubles for one pair.

Let's sum it up

There are so many sneakers out there that your young athlete will have a hard time making a choice. But don’t get too carried away and buy a dozen different pairs at once. It must be remembered that the child’s leg is growing, and this is happening quite quickly.

To begin with, two pairs will be enough. The first pair is universal sneakers sports type. They are easy to find in the running shoe aisle. The child will be able to wear this pair for general physical training training, as well as for simple physical education lessons at school. These sneakers will have a wide and thick sole and a soft, breathable sock.

The second pair will be sneakers designed for the sport your child is involved in - specialized sneakers. The advice of your coach will not be superfluous here, which will help to take into account not only the characteristics of the sports load itself, but also the conditions in which your child will train.

And finally: remember that sneakers for sports should only be used for their intended purpose. And if your young athlete does not want to wear a different type of shoe outside of training, then you will have to purchase another pair, or even more, for everyday wear.

Find out more about .

The world is experiencing an unprecedented surge in the popularity of sneakers: nowadays they are worn literally under everything and with everything. Sneakers have become legitimate even where no one would have thought to wear them before - for example, at a theater premiere.

Sneakers are different from sneakers! We share tips on how to choose the right high-quality sports shoes that will not wear out.

1. Base your choice on a specific sport.

Basketball shoes are designed for playing basketball. Tennis shoes are designed for tennis. Running shoes are designed for running, while hiking shoes are designed for hiking. This is not a ploy by the clothing industry to get you to buy more shoes - each sport actually requires a different type of shoe.

Manufacturers try to make sports shoes as useful as possible so that they help the athlete and make his actions easier.
It is important that you choose your shoes based on the sport you plan to engage in.

If you play 2-3 sports, it is better to have 2-3 pairs of shoes for each of them than just one “universal” sneakers.

Basketball shoes

2. Change shoes depending on the time of wear

One of the worst things you can do for your body is to continue wearing an old pair of athletic shoes. Shoes are designed to provide support to your feet and ankles, but once the inner cushioning layer breaks down, your entire body suffers the consequences.

The American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine offers the following tips for deciding whether to replace your shoes:

After approximately 450 to 600 kilometers of running or walking.

After approximately 45 to 60 hours of playing basketball, aerobic dancing, tennis, or other outdoor sports.

When there is any significant wear in the middle of the sole - the shoe appears uneven when placed on a flat surface.

Even if you don't wear sneakers regularly, it's worth replacing them after a year of ownership because they can experience environmental wear and tear even if they're not actually used.

If you are very active, you may need to replace your shoes every couple of months. It may be expensive, but if it saves you medical costs later on, it's worth it.

3. Decide on a budget

Athletic shoes range in price from $20 to over $200. The last thing any user wants to see is a large shoe bill before checking out, simply because impulse led them straight to the checkout.

The main thing is to approach it wisely, many studies show that for an average of 80-100 dollars, shoes are no different from very expensive mass-produced shoes.

4. Consult

Despite the fact that you have always worn size 35 and it has always fit you, it is better to consult with the seller before choosing. It's not just about the size of the foot, the size of the arch, the level of support required - everything is important.
Good stores spare no expense on professional consultants who will help you choose the right shoes in which your feet will not hurt or get tired quickly.

5. Avoid shopping based on brand.

It shouldn't matter if you like Nike sneakers more than any other sports brand in the world - if it can't offer the right shoe for your feet, your fit or your sport. When shopping for athletic shoes, be sure to try on several different brands. You might be surprised to find out that the shoes that fit you best are actually from a brand you've never worn before.

6. Go shoe shopping at the end of the day.

At the end of the day, your feet become swollen. So, when you come to the store in the evening and try on your shoes, you will understand that now your feet are as large as possible. It is better to buy shoes a little larger than a little smaller, because there is a high probability that during training such sneakers will press and will be unpleasant to exercise in.

7. Wear the socks you are going to wear to exercise.

When you go to the store to buy sneakers, be sure to wear the socks you will be wearing. They will help you avoid unpleasant problems For example, if you wear it low, the heel of the sneaker may rub your foot. If the socks are too tight, the ventilation of the feet will be insufficient and the feet will sweat more.

8. Use the “rule of thumb”

If you've ever worn smaller shoes in your life, you know how unpleasant and painful it can be. Therefore, when choosing and purchasing shoes, always try to leave some space in front of the big toe. It is desirable that the amount of this space is sufficient so that you can rotate your finger around almost freely and without interference.

9. Choose a weekend for shopping so you have time to try on a lot of shoes.

You should try to try on at least 8 different pairs of sneakers before making a purchasing decision. People with non-standard sizes usually find it difficult to find even 2-3 pairs, so it is important to visit several stores.

Especially if you waited until the old shoes were worn out. By trying on several options from different brands, you can choose what is comfortable for you.

Take photos of how this or that pair of shoes fits on your feet so you don’t forget which one you liked more and which one you liked less.

10. Ask the store about returns and guarantees

Before heading home with your new sneakers, check the store's return policy. Some online stores give customers up to 30 days to return shoes, even if they have been worn. It will be terrible to discover when you come home that the shoes that seemed to fit in the store are not so comfortable, and it is not possible to return them to the store.

And in conclusion

While fashion shouldn't be a factor when choosing the right athletic shoes, there's no shame in admitting that it does matter. It’s not scary if you decide to buy a certain pair of shoes in a certain color scheme, if the model is your favorite and available, and fully matches your preferences. Sometimes online stores may not have an item in stock, but they can order the one you want and ship it to your location for free.

Greetings to all lovers healthy image life and sports!

Every person in his life always faces a choice: life situations or different directions, sometimes we don’t think about the choice, and sometimes there is a certain problem. In our case, we will discuss the question of how to choose the right sports shoes for sports or fitness. Shoes are an integral accessory when playing sports, fitness, or in general any active lifestyle. For starters, why do we need sports shoes? After all, sports shoe manufacturers are aimed at a specific sports area. For active recreation, fitness, running, even weightlifting, there are their own shoes. So you come to a sports store and your eyes widen at the variety and rainbow of colors of sports shoes. Mostly sneakers.

If you love to travel walking in the fresh air, then you need to pay attention to sneakers with strong textured soles, and with a shock-absorbing effect. Walking over rough terrain does not have a flat and smooth surface, so sneakers with soles should look a little more massive, the sole is fully stitched and the top of the sneakers should be made of material that will protect when weather conditions change. Usually it is leather or rubber. Walking down the street is full of surprises, so to protect your ankles, it is better to choose high-top sneakers to protect your feet from dislocations. But even in this case, the material for walking sneakers is “breathable material.” For walking, you can consider sneakers. They are high, with a durable sole, inexpensive ones are very fashionable among young people. Pay attention to the size, because when the weather changes, especially women wear warm socks, if you are one of them, keep this in mind.

For indoor activities, in the fitness room, you need to pay attention to sneakers with a membrane, they should allow air to pass freely and your feet during intense exercise will not feel discomfort and will not sweat. Take the sneakers in your hands and bend them, free bending without cracking or effort speaks about the quality of the sneakers. Only leather ones sneakers will provide you with a convenient and comfortable activity. Leather has the ability to change elastically, hence the shelf life only increases. Since you are constantly on the move in the gym, fitness sneakers should be light and comfortable. Pay attention to the color, bright rainbow colors give an impetus to going to the gym, so choose colorful and pleasant-looking sneakers. Some people from childhood do not like lacing, so for those who find this difficult, you can consider the option of sneakers without laces. However, you need to pay attention that the absence of laces on a sneaker does not always fit the foot well, choose shoes in which your feet stand well and will not fall off at the right time under intense loads.

If you are passionate about taking up running.Then the sports store has a range of sneakers just for
running. They have a low level to give aerodynamics when running, unlike others, they are the lightest. The sole merges with the shoe, the air cushion in the heel and toe area is very elastic when running, giving lightness and excellent springiness when in contact with the stadium treadmill. This running shoe is moisture resistant and does not let water in. It is necessary to select a size so that the foot fits comfortably and at the same time firmly into the running sneakers. There are also spikes on some running sneakers.

If you are doing aerobics or shaping, then you need to choose high shoes to protect the ankle joint. The load during aerobics mainly falls on the front of the foot, pay attention that such shoes have an air cushion in the front.

Sneakers for classes football called boots, have on
the sole has a row of spikes that promote close contact with the grass surface of the football field and are excellent for striking. The main material used in the manufacture of boots is leather. Select the size at your discretion, preferably right to size. In the future, you wear them out during the game, and For example, the famous football player Roberto Carlos liked to play in boots one size smaller, this allowed him to feel the sock when hitting shots on goal.

To basketball shoes the requirements are as follows. Basketball is a very active game, so the sneakers should be light. Have ventilation holes on the outside. Have thin soft material inside. The sole of the basketball shoes should be soft and non-slip and elastic, because the game of basketball is played mainly on parquet coating.

If you seriously decide to take up tennis, then pay attention to sneakers with a high back; with sudden changes in movement, the heel does not drop completely; they have strong lacing and a slightly grooved sole. The foot and shoes must be one unit in order to prevent injury.

Of course, when visually inspecting sports shoes, you need to try them on. Try to take with you the socks that you will wear. Walk around the store, the comfort and stability in them will tell you that these are the sports shoes that suit you. Now you know how to choose the right sports shoes. To choose sports shoes for children, go to this one. I wish you success in achieving sports results and leading a healthy lifestyle. Sincerely, Sergey.
