I decided to write a review about my recent favorite - Damask rose cream from Black Pearl. What can I say first of all - I open the 3rd jar with pleasure. This means that I liked the cream.
In order:
- Nice cardboard box design.
- It's sealed.

- A jar made of lightweight plastic with a nice design.
- The jar itself is a light lilac-pink color. For some reason, it doesn’t say on the jar itself that it’s a rose cream, just a “bio-program.”
- The cream is covered with foil. Convenient and hygienic.
In the photo I just opened the jar. And the next one is my old jar and the remains of the cream:
There is very little cream left on the bottom.
- The texture is creamy, delicate, non-sticky, non-greasy, but really not liquid, more reminiscent of a cream-balm than a more liquid cream
- The color is white, opaque, the smell is pleasant, not strong, there is no active rose aroma.
- Compound:
Inorganic, but very good for such a budget cream.
- The cream is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and there is no feeling of dryness, tightness or that there is not enough cream. Quite economical. Since the end of autumn I have used up 2 jars, today I opened the 3rd.
- After application there is no feeling of stickiness or greasy film, oiliness or that the cream is not absorbed and remains on the skin. It didn’t clog my pores at all, it didn’t float on my face, and my face didn’t “break” under it.
- And now the main thing is why I buy it again: it moisturizes and nourishes well, without overloading the skin, I used it both in the cold period and when it got warmer. Economical and pleasant to apply, the skin feels like velvet afterwards. The cream helped me not to provoke rosacea in the cold, and somewhat reduced the rosacea that was present. The complexion and freshness of the skin with this cream became noticeable to the naked eye. A couple of small expression wrinkles were smoothed out (one mini wrinkle near the mouth and one mini wrinkle near the forehead). The oval of the face seems to me to have become better. This cream, if you wait just a little, is good for applying makeup - for me it’s light powder and blush. Now I do without powder at all, but my complexion has become more uniform and there’s no point in covering up my skin.
I use this cream paired with rose water. And it was after this cream that the idea arose to take products with rose for the face - Bulgarian and Crimean rose.
I gave this cream as gifts to friends and then received it from them positive reviews. I think this cream is definitely a success for the brand. For my combination skin, prone to oiliness in the T-zone and dryness on the cheeks and neck, capricious in terms of clogged pores, the cream suited me.
